I has about 2 weeks plus never blog le.. I was so busy with work becuse got back load not done yet. I'm trying and doing my best to do it, pray that less work late from next month onwards. Let me update some stuff here..
041008 - Last saturday, our unit was organized comcare event with Galilee centre. The children are aged from P1 to Sec 2. Althought they have less than 25 people, but they were so supporting and participated in all the program we have prepared for them. We have prepared songs, games station and goodies bag for them. Of course, we did prepared prize for them to encourage the winner team. It was enjoyable & memorable memont to have fun with them together.
111008 - Yesterday morning, i was late arrived SCAS because i was back home late so can not woke up on time. Thanks God that they have yet start program when i reached there. I had requsted to join group C&D due to their group short of volunteer to help up. It was my 1st time to join the group, so Hans has give short brief about the group while we went up stair to find them. As usual, we have started with ice-breaker game and most of beneficiaries like to play games. I had help to give out the sticker to those who have win the game. I so happy to see them smile while they got the sticker. After that, we have divided to few groups for taught them on reading. 2 beneficiaries and i were in 1 group. Frank speaking, it was tough to me. Why i said so? Because they dislike reading and couldn't focus on reading. In my heart, i was praying and asked God for help. I asked God to help me be creative to taught them on reading. Yes, God answered my prayer. I noticed that both are them like to colouring. Then i was trying to convince them to read at least one short story and promised them let them continue colouring after reading. Praise the Lord! Both are them have agreed. After that we have do crossword games, one of beneficiary has do it well. I'm so proud of the beneficiary. During refreshment, i had try to catch up with few beneficiaries. Here, i would like to afirm Hans and the rest volunteers. Your guys have done good job and impact beneficiaries life alot. I had see improved on those things have feedback earlier. Keep it up!
After SCAS, i had rushed to AMK to met my CG because we have help up for Hope Centre flag day event. This was my 1st time help up this event. I saw some parents were pass the money to their children and asked them to put into the bag. In my heart, i really thanks them and also inspired by the parents. Why i said so? Because they have taught their children do good work. I also met one of my ex-company client there. Thanks for your generous giving, Alex. Here, i would like to said thank you to those who have generous giving and support to Hope Centre flag day event.
